Sober Check is running a free workshop on the 15th September in Westhaven, Auckland, where New Zealand and Australia’s top expert on workplace drug and alcohol testing (Sue Nolan) will be speaking - see details below.
The workshop will cover topics such as: industry best practise, liability, common pitfalls in drug and alcohol policies, how to increase your expertise and profits with your consulting and much more!
A free breakfast will be provided; attendance is limited to 25 attendees so its first come first served.
This is an opportunity for NZISM members to pre-register, to secure a seat before the spots available disappear.

Abstract
Since the early 1990s, New Zealand companies have been developing Workplace Alcohol and Other Drug Policies and Procedures. The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 has now put more responsibilities on employers and managers to identify the risk of Potential Hazards, manage these risks and eliminate them. A person at work under the influence of alcohol and/ or drugs has always been identified as a potential risk.
