Networks

Health and safety is intrinsically altruistic. There is a shared goal to improve health, safety and wellbeing in Aotearoa's places of work and to ensure New Zealanders come home from their workplace, safe and unharmed.

The unselfish sharing of knowledge, experiences and learnings helps to support that shared goal. Our self-managed networks are set up to facilitate this.

They are open to everyone. NZISM membership is not a requirement.

Health & Safety Reps head to REP-CENTRAL where information, resources and tools are freely available to help set HSRs up for success in their role.

Our Emerging Safety Leaders network supports those who are developing their careers in health and safety. ESL has active branches in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington.

Women In Safety Excellence promotes the equity and advancement of women in the safety profession.

The Community of Safety Innovation is a place for OHS professionals to share knowledge, critical thinking and outcomes of real-world, practical examples of innovation.
