Your enthusiasm and commitment to this role will drive high levels of employee engagement and will result in best practices becoming our BAU. It is highly unlikely that any two days will be the same due to the breadth of the Council's activities and workforce which includes horticulturalists, librarians, water rangers, lifeguards, civil defence volunteers, engineers, and accountants, to name only a few. So to succeed in this role you will need to be proactive and results-driven, enjoy task diversity and want to be the lead safety and wellness within an organisation of 300+ employees.

In line with our policy, all applicants for this role must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
