HSQE Co-ordinator

We are passionate about Health & Safety and are looking for a passionate & motivated HSQE Co-ordinator to join our team.

The HSQE Co-ordinator will split their time between the office and our various construction sites. You are eyes and ears for the HSQE team, supporting Project Managers, Site Staff and the HSQE Engineer with their compliance requirements. Responsibilities include co-ordinating documentation for projects, conducting site inspections and audits, monitoring spill and first aid kits, checking and collecting documentation and assisting in all areas of the HSQE.

To be successful you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on construction sites, preferably in pipeline & related infrastructure projects

• A reasonable knowledge of civil construction risks and controls

• Computer literate, ability to enter, analyse and extract data.

• Basic training in Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental best practice is preferred

• High level of interpersonal skills and able to engage with a diverse range of people

• Excellent organisational skills and conscientious with the ability to self-manage

• High level of communication skills both written and verbal

• Be prepared to challenge others in a respectful way, for the betterment of the company

• An eye for detail with an emphasis on quality
