Our Power Services Business Unit is seeking to appoint a Health Safety Quality and Environment (HSEQ) Coordinator who is passionate about health, safety, quality and environmental performance and who can drive best practice and operational excellence to new levels.

We are looking for someone who can champion and support our health, safety, quality and environmental requirements. The successful candidate will be able to promote a positive and proactive safety culture by clearly communicating to those around what the organisational goals and expectations are and to ensure that actions and behaviors are fully aligned to those goals.

The successful person will be part of the Power, Facilities & Transport support team. Critical to this role will be the person's ability to work with other regional HSEQ people and with other business units across Electrix. The role is based in Mt Wellington but will require some travel to our regional offices and work sites around the country.

Qualifications / Technical Knowledge / Skills

* HSEQ qualification.

* IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

* Accident investigation training (ICAM or other)

* Audit training

* Experience in a HSEQ or Compliance environment.

* Understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and associated regulations and their application in the workplace.

* Experience with AS/NZS ISO31000 – 2018 Risk management, Incident Investigations and Auditing Programmes.

* Ability to develop and deliver training packages to enhance HSEQ performance.

* Able to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels across the business.
