The opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety, you will be partnering with our Testing business unit designing practical approaches that support our people to integrate safe behaviours into everyday activity. Through coaching, advice and training you will guide our leaders and their teams and become an integral part of their business.
This would be a great opportunity to step up from a single site into a multi-site organisation, managing safety across a large number of people which will include supporting the largest food laboratory in New Zealand.
About you:
With a relevant qualification in Health and Safety and/or experience working in a Health and Safety Advisory role within a laboratory or hazardous substance environment you will have proven knowledge of New Zealand Health and Safety legislation. You will be a strong communicator, excellent problem solver and have the ability to engage people across all levels of our business.
