About the role

An experienced Health and Safety Advisor with contractor management, process safety knowledge will thoroughly enjoy this project role. Encompassing the commissioning of improved plant and equipment – project management experience from a Health and Safety perspective will be valued.

We anticipate you will have a good understanding of health and safety from a high-risk manufacturing perspective and be creative and innovative by nature, allowing you to further develop practical and compliant systems and processes, to ensure the project is completed safely via the contractors in place.

Effective contractor management oversight and continuous improvement is key to success in this fixed term role. You will be experienced in and able to facilitate workshops, conduct investigations, audit – it’s all here waiting for you

Skills and experience required:

• Relevant tertiary level qualification

• Contractor Management Health and Safety experience required

• Experienced within a manufacturing environment at a project level

• A great understanding of legislation in a practical sense

• Excellent communication, both written and verbal

• Outcome focussed with a creative problem-solving nature
