HazardCo are on the hunt for a Health and Safety Advisor who has a modern approach to their work. You'll be able to effortlessly balance adherence to legislation with an innovative and forward thinking mindset. You'll be someone who has a natural ability to connect and engage their customers and articulate Health and Safety in a clear, concise and simple way.

About the role:

You'll multitask between triaging customer phone calls and emails, providing our customers with H&S advice, and assisting with our product content.

Day to day you'll be:

Supporting customer (internal and external) through advisory across all aspect of H&S

Presenting to and educating various audiences on how the HazardCo digital system can support their H&S requirements

Writing H&S guidance and advisory communication

About you

a minimum of a level 4 Occupational H&S qualification

experience in the field of health and safety, experience working in the residential construction sector or with SME businesses advantageous.

Excellent communication and engagement skills.

Proven experience providing support and education on health and safety to others

The ability to listen, understand and provide clear and straightforward advice to others (as simple as possible, but no simpler)

The ability to produce required reporting (internal and external) that is complete, accurate and written in plain language.

A pragmatic and solution-focused approach to health and safety for our customers.

A focus on continuous improvement - yourself, members of the Advisory team and the business.

A focus on success and a willingness to help drive the business forward.
