The Role

Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager the purpose of this role is assisting to provide a strong, positive, and people-led culture of safety. You will provide administrative/coordinator support to the Health and Safety team in line with the H&S strategic objectives. Working closely with site H&S Representatives and other leaders within the organisation on Health and Safety activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

Building effective and progressive working relationships with people in the organisation

Maintaining H&S documentation and registers

Support the implementation and embedding of H&S framework and procedures

Elevate H&S reporting

Coordinate H&S Rep nominations and training

Organising meetings

Oversight of H&S activities and facilitating completion

About You

Communication is key to this role so this needs to be one of your superpowers!

Excellent computer literacy

Qualification or experience in H&S is a bonus

An admin wizz

Naturally driven and adaptable

Has a positive, people-focused approach
