About the opportunity:

The role of People and Capability Advisor – Health and Safety was created to further develop the positive health and safety culture in an organisation with a variety of functions and various levels of risk. Reporting to the People and Capability Manager the role will act as a coach to develop initiatives, provide effective expert advice and lead the on-going process of building an effective health, safety and well-being culture. You will need to be comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences and working at a strategic or operational level.We are looking for someone that can develop and drive strategies that ensure innovation and continuous improvement in health and safety and well-being. Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience in a health and safety partner or senior advisor role with a relevant qualification

The salary range for this role is $81,540 - $92,412 depending on qualifications and experience.

About you:

We are looking for someone that can develop and drive strategies that ensure innovation and continuous improvement in health and safety and well-being.

You should have at least 3 years’ experience in a health and safety partner or senior advisor role with a relevant qualification.

Experience in developing policy and codes of practice.

Knowledge of applications that support good health, safety and well-being best practise.

High level of Microsoft office and computer skills.

A clean full driver’s licence.

Have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
