Rob Fisher - at his first ever visit to New Zealand.

On Friday 24th February, USA-based Rob Fisher is providing a unique opportunity for the safety community to participate in a conversation about the past, present and future of HOP (Human Organisational Performance) with Safety Differently, Safety II and the New View of Safety. He will also be talking about his latest book, "Understanding Mental Models".

The event sponsor, Brent Sutton from Learning Teams Inc, has secured some author copies of the book as giveaways for this event.

Bio:

Rob Fisher, President and Director of Operations, Fisher Improvement Technologies

Rob is a pioneer in Human and Organisational Performance and all aspects of performance improvement, including incorporating the understanding of personality diversity into risk management.

He brings an integration mentality to consulting, along with a globally recognised capability to make the science of errors practically applicable and has been involved in developing multiple industry international standards for human and organisational performance, incident analysis, and procedures.

Rob is also the author of the 2022 book "Understanding Mental Models”.
