Grant Nicholson will give an update on legal developments affecting health and safety, with a focus on:

Being ready for dealing with WorkSafe – looking at how WorkSafe is investigating workplace incidents, and how you’ll need to respond

What you can learn from the failure of others - including how the courts are interpreting the overlapping duties different PCBUs can have for work, and the “stick” of punishment from recent prosecutions

Some likely changes you can expect in 2019 and beyond.
