From a conversation at a branch Committee meeting came an idea of finding a way for members to come together and connect over a question or topic relevant to the current Health and Safety profession in New Zealand. Each month an NZISM branch manager will lead a discussion about a particular topic or pose a question which members can work together to answer.

For this meeting, Tom Jones, Wellington Branch Manager, will lead a conversation about Worker Engagement. Specifically, what are some challenges we face in worker engagement and what are some creative solutions to those challenges?
