Our traditional end of year Christmas gathering is fast approaching.
This is always a relaxed fun evening. Great complimentary food platters will be provided, as well as a cash bar. A little elf also let slip that Darach and Shirl are organising another fun quiz session. 😊
We also have a short 30 minute presentation at 5.30pm by Water Safety Bay of Plenty. This is a new organisation set up by Water Safety NZ to deliver a community driven, regionally led strategy on drowning prevention for the Bay of Plenty. With the 4th highest drowning rate in NZ, Shirley Baker – Chair of the Water Safety BOP Governance group will share insights and strategy on how we can all contribute to making the Bay a safer water environment for all.
