Overlapping duties - do you know your CCC’s?
Join us for a webinar with legal expert, Olivia Lund, who will discuss overlapping duties and how PCBU’s can fulfil their consultation, cooperation, coordination obligations under s 34 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Olivia will discuss the difference between overlapping duties and upstream duties and provide an overview of recent court cases where overlapping PCBU’s have been prosecuted for failing to meet their health and safety obligations.

Olivia is a Partner at Duncan Cotterill where she specialises in workplace incidents, regulatory investigations and prosecutions, employment disputes, professional complaints and disciplinary issues.
She is recognised as a 'Next Generation Partner' by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2023 legal directory for her work in labour and employment.
