STEP IN: Realising your own potential and that of others

Join us in conversation with Wing Commander Jen Atkinson as she shares her whakaaro on modern day mentoring and coaching, and what really matters at the heart of these processes - connection!

Throughout her kōrero, Jen will talk about the skills you can bring to be a great connector and support yourself and others to live their potential. She will talk about not just stepping up, but also stepping in to develop meaningful conversations and relationships.

Jen is a Psychologist, Gender Advisor, Military Officer, Mum, Trail Runner, Global Women Graduate, Business owner and all-round fabulous wahine.
