Denise has 15 years’ experience as a Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality & Business Systems Manager, working in the construction, manufacturing, mining and drilling industries, including projects with up to 650 workers on-site.
Denise brings a holistic view to health, safety, quality performance and people development, recognising its vital importance to the business and positive impact on the health and wellbeing of workers and stakeholders. Her ability to balance the development of policies, procedures and systems with field-based work holds her in good stead. Her comprehensive experience also enables her to provide well-integrated HSQE strategies across multiple projects, from small to large with a strong focus on caring for people.
