New Zealand’s health and safety outcomes have plateaued in recent years, and doing health and safety the same way won’t deliver the improvement we need.
Better Work is about changing how work is designed and done so that we can ensure healthy, safe and productive work for all New Zealanders. To support this change, WorkSafe is focusing its regulatory efforts in key areas:
Phil Parkes will talk about the history and background of this approach, why it is needed now, and what organisations can expect from WorkSafe as it is being implemented.
