Leading on from previous webinars about 3 Lines of Defence and Critical Risks, when do worker engagement and the competency of workers become an important part of your risk control/mitigation strategy.
The main focus of risk management is to reduce the levels of risk our workers are exposed to. Whatever residual risk is leftover, our workers face. The best safety outcomes are achieved when it is known that not all circumstances can be anticipated. The experience and judgement of workers are critical to managing residual risk.
This webinar will cover
1. What is the difference between engagement and worker buy-in?
2. When is worker competency important?
3. What are your controls trying to influence?
