Our guest presenter, Helen Sadgrove, will share with us the end to end approach to critical risk management used by New Zealand's most trusted emergency provider, St. John:
- how the organisation’s multiple contexts shaped their approach,
- how the perspectives and beliefs of the business helped to determine the tools to use, and
- how the approach led to improved reporting to senior leaders and the Board.
Presenter bio: Helen is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and a Certified Fellow of NZISM. Her background and qualifications span Maritime, Public Health, Environmental Health, and Health and Safety.
She is currently the Managing Director NZ for HSE Global, and in the past has worked as a regulator, internal Head of HSW, and as a consultant. All of these different perspectives will enrich the discussion.
When Helen isn’t working she loves mountain biking, trail running and cooking (and of course the eating part!)
