Fatigue is a leading cause of workplace accidents and injuries. Not only does poor sleep affect our physical health it also affects our mental health. Poor sleep has even been found to increase bullying and interpersonal conflicts. In short - we need to understand the importance of sleep. Who better to remind us than acclaimed author, Michael Hempseed, who will be answering:
BIO: Michael Hempseed is the author of Being A True Hero: Understanding and Preventing Suicide in Your Community. The book is being used by the New Zealand Police; Fire and Emergency NZ; GPs; Counsellors as well as many parents and teachers. Michael has an honours degree in Psychology from the University of Canterbury and in 2016 he spoke at TEDx.
