Last month Wellington branch explored how the pandemic has changed psychosocial risk in the workplace. This month, they have invited the colourful CEO of Coach School, Lorraine Hamilton, to share ideas and support communication in getting this message through to others. In this engaging session Lorraine will introduce the concept of Legendary Leadership and share The Compromise Myth - a way of being able to visualise conversations to make you an agile communicator and negotiator.
Lorraine Hamilton PCC is a Professional Certified Coach, author and speaker. She coaches ambitious professionals to become legendary leaders so they can make a living from making a difference. She is also a ‘recovering engineer’, Scottish Kiwi, and mother of two teenage girls. Lorraine knows from first-hand experience and thousands of coaching hours that Legendary Leadership starts with Personal Leadership. She has created frameworks that have led to award-winning company culture, supported C-level executives to become better leaders, and taught business owners how to get the best from their staff by managing themselves first, before looking to lead others.
