In 2022 James Poultney won Silver Fern Farm's Manaaki Award which is gifted from one HSR to another for demonstrating Silver Fern's core values in the HSR role. (manaaki: cherish, conserve, sustain)

But it hasn't been all plan sailing. Over the past 9 years, James has navigated both highs and lows, and has faced difficult challenges whilst striving to improve safety standards and foster a culture of well-being in the workplace. In this presentation, James will provide us with valuable insights into his experiences, tell us of key lessons learned, and his achievements while in the role.

It's time to get some inspiration of just how valuable HSRs can be and where the journey can lead them.
