Phil Parkes, CEO of WorkSafe NZ, believes it is time for the health and safety system to adapt, to innovate and to make a measurable difference to support a thriving New Zealand where everyone goes home healthy and safe. In this webinar he will discuss the concept of Better Work and how the light can be shone on the good and innovative while holding the regulatory line.

BIO:

Phil has over 20 years' experience in a variety of regulatory roles. Originally from the UK, he came to New Zealand in 2007 and has worked in senior leadership positions at local and central government agencies. Phil has been at WorkSafe five years and, prior to his appointment as Chief Executive, was Chief Operating Officer. Before joining WorkSafe, he was the General Manager Policy & Legal at the Environmental Protection Authority.
