Bio of Presenter:

Mike Fiszer is a business psychologist and Director of Professional Leadership Practice at Massey University Business School. He has coached and mentored hundreds of people from all types and sizes of organisations asking the contender or pretender question. He headed a six TV programme series in Ireland, titled “No experience required”. It gave individuals an opportunity to explore their talents and what they really value in order to excel in a series of highly desirable jobs. He takes a strengths-based, positive psychology approach to all his development work and has now designed and delivered 6 cohorts through two level 9 Masters programmes in Advanced Leadership Practice in NZ and Europe.www.massey.ac.nz/MALP Having worked in industries as diverse as retail, hospitality, oil, scientific equipment, pharmaceuticals and with organisations that include the BBC, Johnson & Johnson, Diageo, Dell, IBM, The Polish Film Institute, Glaxo SmithKine and Sun Microsystems, he is in a prime position to give us a view on what it takes to be a Contende
