Navigating the impact of climate change on occupational health and safety
This year, World Safety Day (28 April) focuses on climate change and explores how the changing climate affects workers' health and safety. From extreme weather patterns, excessive heat, UV radiation, air pollution - across the globe we’re all having to adapt to the possibility of a future that is vastly different from our past.
How do you then, as a Health and Safety leader, translate these concerns when it comes to bracing your workplace and people for the inevitable impact this will have?
