The Workplace Healthy Work team are working to update their guidance in the area of Workplace Stress. The new guidance will replace the documentation that is online regarding workplace stress and fatigue, and dates back to 2003. This session will cover:
John leads the team at Worksafe focused on Mentally Healthy Work. Prior to this he was Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at Massey University (Wellington, 2015-2020). He is a New Zealand Registered Psychologist within the Clinical Scope of Practice. He has work experience in adult mental health, alcohol/drug services, and child & family psychological health, with particular interests in various aspects of professional ethics and practice, suicidality and non-suicidal self-injury.
John is the previous President and a Fellow of the New Zealand Psychological Society and a member of the Society’s Institute of Clinical Psychology. In his limited spare time John spends as much time with his lovely family as possible, reads science fiction, plays guitar and sings, shouts at the TV while watching sports, walks in the hills, and brews beer (in moderation).Zoom Webinar
