Members continue to tell us they want CPD support around the topic of wellbeing and psychosocial risk - so we are kicking 2023 off with a webinar from organisational psychologist Kate Milburn of Umbrella Wellbeing Assessment.

Adopting a systems perspective to psychosocial risk helps organisations realise the wide range of factors that impact on wellbeing initiatives. Research shows that the most successful approaches are proactive, and evidence based. They focus on preventing harm through primary prevention and active monitoring of psychosocial risk, treating the cause rather than the symptoms. The approach builds enduring wellbeing and leads to thriving people and thriving organisations.

In this webinar, Kate will share the practical steps you can take to proactively build a mentally healthy workplace. Leveraging a systems perspective, she will draw on:
* psychosocial risk frameworks (what you need to know and why),
* the assessment of psychosocial risks; and
* the responsibility of leadership in supporting system.

From this session you will gain an understanding of:
1. what makes a wellbeing programme effective;
2. psychosocial risk in the workplace and how to measure it.
