We have heard a call from members who want more opportunities to network with other practitioners and professionals working in the same sector.
The aim for these meetings is to work together, giving members an opportunity to discuss the common issues faced and share effective solutions or work together to design effective solutions to resolve and minimise the risks faced by this industry.
Alison Richmond, founder of Provention will be the guest speaker at this session. Alison will outline why traditional manual handling programmes have not been effective in reducing strain related injuries, what steps are required for a successful manual handling programme and she'll also give participants some practical tips to use in their own life to take care of their physical wellbeing.
