You have probably already made a decision to develop yourself as a practitioner in health and safety and have gained a recognised qualification. this webinar will help you to work through the process for getting your NZISM accreditation.

Terri & Les will take you through the steps of the accreditation programme for Technician and Graduate status. This will give a greater understating of the qualification levels and hours of experience.

A further webinar will be produced for the next step for applying for certified accreditation.

Les has accumulated 30 years’ experience in health and safety management across various roles in varying industries including contracting mining, railway, forestry, manufacturing, education, agriculture, real estate and tourism. His qualifications include a Diploma in Occupational Health Practice and a Master of Health Science in Occupational Safety and Health. Memberships include CMIOSH, COHSProf (Safety Institute of Australia) and CertNZISM. Les is a member of the Accreditation Committee.

Terri is the Health, Safety & Environment Manager with a global FMCG company and started working for this organisation 31 years ago in the UK, and moved to New Zealand in 2004. Terri holds a MSc in Health, Safety & Environment Management, Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons), and BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She is the current Safeguard Health & Safety Practitioner of the Year for New Zealand.

Terri is a Certified Member of NZISM, Chartered IOSH, Member of IIRSM, and a Member of ILM. She is the Chairperson of the Accreditation Committee.
