Deep Cover with ACC

ACC expert Dean Bennie will take participants on a tour of the tricks, traps and nuances of ACC cover. Participants will come out of the webinar with an understanding of when ACC can and can’t provide cover for injuries, accidents and occupational illnesses and ways to assist employers and workers to navigate the system.

Bio

Dean Bennie is a specialist technical expert across the Accident Compensation Corporation Act 2001 and many other areas of legislation, spending a lot of time in the ‘grey area’ of what determines if an accident/incident is in fact a work injury.
