Psychosocial hazards must be addressed at our workplaces. However, most court hearings taken under the HSWA 2015 are centred around physical safety. Work-related psychosocial harm cases were identified from the NZ Legal Information Institute database and measured against section 36, 44 and 45 of the HSWA 2015. The 24 cases studied demonstrate that sufficient evidence is available for WorkSafe NZ to investigate and assess psychosocial harm at the workplace under the HSWA 2015. In this webinar Luzanne will discuss her findings and potential future analysis
