Doctor
If you are not sure where to take someone who you are concerned about their medical doctor (GP)
is a really good place to start.
You should be able to see a doctor within 24 hours, they can make an assessment and they can
direct you where to go.
If for any reason they don’t listen or understand, know that you can change doctors or counsellors.
