NZISM is committed to a fair, transparent process for resolving concerns or complaints about our members or the way we operate. All employees, contractors, and members agree to be bound by this process in our constitution.

We aim to make it easy for anyone to raise a concern, helping build trust and confidence in our profession and supporting continuous improvement across the industry.

NZISM also supports WorkSafe NZ guidelines, promoting the use of qualified and experienced health and safety practitioners.
