Guided by the theme THE POWER TO INFLUENCE this year's Safeguard Conference will explore:

• how we can better understand where influence lies within organisations,
• how much power Health & Safety practitioners have to directly influence H&S outcomes, and
• how we can identify those people in our organisation who hold power and how we might effectively influence them.
