NZISM is partnering with AI New Zealand to:
- develop and promote the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) in OHS across New Zealand* , and
- help NZISM members become informed consumers of AI.

As AI technologies become more integrated into workplace health, safety and productivity, it is important for health and safety professionals to understand both the possibilities and the pitfalls of AI in the workplace. To support this, NZISM members can join the New Zealand AI Academy for free, where you can access valuable generic content (eg podcasts, articles) to help keep you aware of what's going on in the fast-moving world of AI.
There is also the option to join the weekly AI Toolkit webinars. These are 45 minute workshops that teach super-practical AI for business skills. You’ll discover new ways to use AI, and tools, tips and tricks to supercharge your productivity. The format is a 30 minute demo walk-through or discussion followed by a 15 min Q&A.
These valuable sessions are normally $59 per month but NZISM members are eligible for a 20% discount.
