About the Company
Our client provides expert services and solutions to support a range of industrial and infrastructure projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee projects, coordinate crews and equipment and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. This role involves planning, administration, health and safety compliance and supporting both staff and client requirements.
Duties
- Plan, organise and oversee projects
- Maintain project documentation, including logs, variations, invoices and client communications
- Assist with staff training, supervision and problem-solving
- Coordinate and manage project specific site operations between all stakeholders
- Promote and enforce health, safety and environmental compliance on all sites
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in project management, in-ground civil construction is essential
- Experience with safe working procedures, equipment inspections and operational compliance
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Importantly a growth mindset and someone that wants to learn from the best in the business
