About the role

The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner will support leaders and teams to manage risk, prevent incidents and embed practical safety improvements across the business. Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, this role focuses on influencing culture, driving continuous improvement and balancing safety with operational priorities.

Duties

• Partner with leaders to identify and manage critical risks
• Provide practical Health and Safety advice and support across operations
• Lead and contribute to incident investigations and learnings
• Drive improvements in safety systems, processes and culture
• Support change initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships

Skills and experience

We’re looking for a proactive Health and Safety professional to partner with leaders and teams in a fast-paced environment, manage critical risks, prevent incidents, and embed practical safety improvements. Success comes from influencing others, driving culture and delivering pragmatic, commercially-aware solutions.
