As HSQE Advisor you'll play a key role in helping the business bring its Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental systems to life. Working across multiple ISO frameworks you'll help embed practical, value-adding processes that support operations and drive continuous improvement rather than simply ticking compliance boxes.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance
• Supporting and maintaining ISO-aligned management systems
• Leading audits, investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identifying risks, gaps and opportunities and helping teams implement practical solutions
• Delivering meaningful reporting and insights to support decision-making
• Facilitating training, workshops and capability-building activities
• Supporting contractor management processes and compliance requirements
• Promoting a positive safety, quality and wellbeing culture across the business

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental or HSQE-focused role
• Strong working knowledge of ISO frameworks, particularly ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001
• The ability to apply ISO standards pragmatically within an operational environment
• Experience supporting audits, investigations and continuous improvement activities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A collaborative, approachable style with the confidence to influence at all levels
• Relevant Health & Safety qualifications. Quality and/or Environmental would be an advantage
