Work Visa required: All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
With a strong focus on quality, reliability and innovation, the organisation operates a robust national supply chain and rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver consistent, safe and precision-blended, high-quality animal feed and nutritional solution products. They work closely with farming businesses across the country to optimise livestock performance and productivity, earning a reputation as a trusted partner within New Zealand's agricultural industry.
If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, creating practical systems and helping people embrace new ways of working, you'll thrive in this role. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will implement, maintain and continuously improve Health and Safety systems and documentation, supporting compliance and alignment across the wider business. Working closely with the wider business group, managers and employees to roll out new systems, you will also provide training and guidance and ensure changes are successfully embedded. Regular day travel throughout New Zealand is required, with occasional overnight stays.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Health and Safety systems, documentation and change management, along with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels of the business. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and resilient - someone who remains positive and focused when faced with challenges, can confidently navigate resistance to change and is able to keep momentum moving and not easily dissuaded when implementing change across the business.
If you meet the above criteria, we welcome your application including your CV and cover letter. If you have any questions, please call Kelly on 021 0805 9717 quoting reference #1658120.
There are no visa/sponsorship opportunities available with this role. This is a permanent position, therefore only applicants with full, valid, permanent working rights will be considered. Applications are welcomed from NZ Citizens or those with a Residency or current Work Visa in place.
