Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, this is a practical, hands-on HSE Coordinator role supporting operational teams across a network of sites in the lower North Island. You’ll work closely with Site Managers and frontline staff to provide practical HS support, identify and mitigate risks, and strengthen safe work practices. The environment is open, down-to-earth and focused on learning rather than blame, with plenty of autonomy while still having a supportive HS team around you.
Regular travel between sites is required. This role will suit someone who is comfortable in an industrial environment, enjoys being visible and approachable and can build strong relationships with both operational teams and senior leaders.
