Health and Safety Business Partner role based in Auckland. Lead stakeholder engagement, coach leaders, strengthen safety culture and support practical risk management across a dynamic New Zealand business.

Duties
- Partner with leaders across operational and production environments
- Coach managers to improve safety leadership and accountability
- Build trusted relationships across teams and contractors
- Support practical risk management and critical control awareness
- Contribute to reporting, insights and safety improvement initiatives
- Lift engagement and embed stronger day to day ownership of safety
Skills and experience
- Relevant New Zealand Health and Safety qualification
- Strong knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation
- Experience in a Health and Safety Business Partner, Advisor or Manager role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience coaching leaders and influencing change
- Background in operational, contractor or production environments
- Practical, commercial and solutions focused approach
