About the role

Support the team to successfully deliver key projects, ensuring processes and procedures are embedded effectively. Lead initiatives that promote wellbeing and safe work practices and oversee progress on current projects, coordinating change management. The role also includes reporting to senior leadership and occasional travel within the Central Otago region.

Duties

  • Support and track team-led projects, including CR and procedural implementations.
  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and surveys.
  • Implement and oversee safety and traffic management procedures.
  • Lead HSQW work plan projects.

Skills and experience

Confident engaging with people at all levels, you will bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement. Experience working in a multi-site or field-based environment is essential.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience guiding teams, managing change and supporting project delivery
  • Experience creating and implementing wellbeing programmes
  • Current, valid driver’s licence
  • Able to work autonomously
