It's easy to reset - the reset password link is on your login screen. You should receive a reset password email within 5 minutes as long as:

1. Your account is still active, and
2. The email you provided matches the primary email address we hold on record for you.

First, please check your spam. If it isn't there, it could be that you provided a different email address to the one associated with your NZISM account (by unintentional auto-fill or a secondary email address). Try again and if it still doesn't come through, please log a ticket using the Service Desk, or email admin@nzism.org

This is something you can do easily yourself.

From your Dashboard select 'My Settings' then 'Password Change'.

You can subscribe/unsubscribe from our WISE, ESL, HSR, event communications and NZISM News.

Other emails are transactional (eg. invoices) or we are required to send to meet certain legislative requirements (eg. Notice of AGM) and you are not able to unsubscribe from these.

Yes, your membership certificate can be downloaded from the My Settings section of your Dashboard. Look for the little orange rosette!
