This workshop builds the interpersonal and relational capability needed for effective learning conversations.
You will learn how to create open, honest, resistance-free dialogue that reveals the reality of work without blame, fear, or defensiveness. The workshop focuses on asking better questions, structuring meaningful conversations, and developing the emotional and conversational intelligence required to build trust quickly and respectfully.
Through immersive practice, attendees learn how to guide conversations toward shared understanding and collective problem-solving. This workshop focuses entirely on how to talk with workers in ways that lead to deeper insight — not how to analyse or observe work (those skills are addressed in Workshops 1 and 3).
Why attend?
Because the quality of the insight you gather depends on the quality of the conversation you create. This workshop gives you the skills to build trust, reduce defensiveness, and discover the information that formal processes rarely uncover.
