I’m an experienced health and safety leader with a passion for building strong, resilient safety cultures and systems that genuinely protect people. I currently serve as the Head of Health and Safety at Wellington Water, supporting the organisation through a period of growth, complexity, and major infrastructure delivery.

I started my health and safety career at ECL Group, initially as HSE Compliance Coordinator, then HSE Manager. This role supported safety performance across fuel systems and technology operations. Earlier, my time at AsureQuality gave me a strong technical grounding in risk assessment, environmental contaminants, and quality‑controlled compliance processes.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Otago and a New Zealand Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety Management from the Southern Institute of Technology. These qualifications have helped reinforce my evidence‑based, systems‑focused approach to safety leadership.
