November 2022. Matthew Sadgrove shares his qualitative research into the management of safety risks associated with nightshift in the New Zealand electrical distribution industry. Matt's paper supports his Master's Degree in Health with a major in Workplace Health & Safety, which he passed with distinction from Victoria University of Wellington. It is currently being used within the industry to help design better advise and education on fatigue within a working group of the Electrical Engineers Association (EEA).
