About the opportunity

This is a critical role at the centre of health, safety and compliance operations. As the Health, Safety & Compliance Administrator, you will ensure systems are maintained, records are accurate and documentation is consistently audit-ready.

About the role

You will provide essential administrative and coordination support across compliance, training, reporting, and assurance activities. Your work will directly support regulatory obligations and ensure the business remains audit-ready at all times.

This is a role where attention to detail, discipline and follow-through are critical to success.

Duties

  • Maintain compliance systems and track regulatory requirements and deadlines
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible
  • Manage training records, track expiries and coordinate refresher training
  • Maintain document control across policies, procedures and compliance records
  • Log incidents and track corrective actions through to completion
  • Manage contractor compliance, including pre-qualification and documentation
  • Compile and maintain accurate data for reporting and dashboards
  • Support assurance activities, inspections and compliance tracking

About you

You are highly organised, detail-focused and disciplined in your approach. You take ownership of your work, follow through on tasks and are confident managing deadlines and competing priorities.

You are proactive, reliable and comfortable working with systems, data and compliance processes. You enjoy bringing structure and consistency to complex environments and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
