This large-scale New Zealand business operates in a complex aviation/infrastructure environment with a significant capital works programme, multiple contractors and specialist delivery partners. It is known for its high-profile operations, broad stakeholder interface and strong focus on safe, well-coordinated project delivery.
This fixed term role partners with project teams to embed health, safety and wellbeing through to project completion. You will work across contractors, operations teams, engineers and public interfaces, providing practical site support, guiding stakeholders and contributing to assurance activity. With a strong understanding of machine safety risk assessment, manual handling and engineering controls, you will help manage risk effectively and contribute to wider central HSW initiatives.
This team is hands on, collaborative and closely involved in the work on the ground. It suits someone who builds strong relationships, communicates well and can work independently while contributing to the wider team.
