Michael Frew is the Principal Advisor, System Partnerships at NEMA. Mike leads a portfolio at NEMA that including mapping the Emergency Management system to inform how NEMA work with system partners, leads work on engagement with national volunteer organisations, and is involved with the national coordination mechanism and lifeline utilities space. Mike will highlight emerging natural hazard risks in NZ to help inform risk assessments for emergency preparedness.
Pooja Kulkarni is the Team Leader, Community Resilience and Recovery, Wellington Region Emergency Management (WREMO). She will provide a practical focus on resilience and readiness for personal and organisational preparedness.
